Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the services provided to clients are of the highest quality. Your role will also include engaging in agile practices to adapt to changing requirements and continuously improve the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
