Job Description
You may have been working as a Software Engineer in Test, Test Engineer or Test Analyst who is confident in their ability performing manual test but also contributing in automation testing.
Your main duty will be to acquire functional knowledge on the product and design/create/maintain the product test set according to test engineering best practices and product evolution.
You'll be part of team striving for continuous quality improvements on Wealth products standard solution. Goal of the team is to apply the PDCA method working closely with product owner, product developers and product operation.
Your key tasks
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects
- Document and report defects to the development team
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and retest the software
- Ensure that the software adheres to quality standards and follows the industry best practices
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process
- Contribute in quantify test estimations
Qualifications
- You have a degree in economics, finance, engineering or similar certifications.
- You understand financial processes like payments, exchange orders, credits or wealth management
- You have at least 3 years experience in testing software for financial industries
- You have at least 4 years of experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Skilled in test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr , HP ALM and other testing frameworks to manage and execute tests.
- Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester).
