Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for fund order routing processes
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams
• Analyze and interpret financial messages including SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX formats
• Drive functional solution discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Review functional specifications, support testing, and ensure quality delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to solution optimization
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team best practices
Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in Fund Order Routing
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT messages (MT502, MT509, MT515, MT540–MT546)
• Good understanding of ISO 20022 MX messages (setr.004, setr.010, setr.013, setr.016)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Strong client-facing and consulting mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Working Model:
• Hybrid working with required presence at client location in Pune
