Job Summary
As an FX Operations Team Leader within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the FX trade lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure timely settlements and enhance client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities
- Manage FX trade lifecycle in operations.
- Handle confirmations, settlements, and post-settlements.
- Address SWIFTs and Nostro breaks efficiently.
- Meet timelines and service delivery standards.
- Escalate issues to mitigate settlement risks.
- Interact with clients and internal partners.
- Use Microsoft Office for BAU activities.
- Prepare and publish reports as needed.
- Comply with policies and controls.
- Adapt to currency cut-off driven environment.
- Deliver comprehensive support for FX products.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Exhibit strong partnership abilities.
- Handle high complexity in product coverage.
- Shift workload with changing priorities.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
