We are seeking a creative Motion Designer; renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness throughout the creative process. As the Motion designer, you will assist our talented creative team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery. This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionize content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
We are looking for a dynamic creative motion graphics specialist. Working closely with the Lead Creative you will also collaborate with the wider team (client services, digital and creative teams,) mucking into projects and working from concept to final delivery. Part of your role will be to help expand the creative output of the team, therefore confidence in ideation along with the ability to create bespoke high-end animations and video edits for a variety of beauty brands is essential.
What you will be doing:
- Experience in Beauty and fashion Brand is a MUST
- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Take design projects from brief to completion, injecting new ideas and creativity while defining their look and feel - all in close adherence to the client’s brand guidelines.
- The ability to own your creative projects, craft designs that meet briefs and design standards and inspire client with your creative input. Pitch fresh approaches and concepts confidently.
- Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications
Good to have:
- 5+ years’ experience in an advertising agency.
- An ability to interpret ideas and BRING AN OPINION to brand strategy
- Highly experienced in working with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and HTML.
- A flair for collaboration, with our on-site creative and production teams as well as key client stakeholders.
- The ability to visualise, create concepts, design and animation.
- Previous production or creative experience with strong composition, colour and typography skills
- A clear understanding of the leading content platforms and channels
- Previous fashion, beauty industry experience is a bonus
- 5+ Years previous experience either in content, TV production or Agency Creative – Including client-facing experience.
