Job Summary:


The Global Compliance Analyst I will support global compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the US and India. This role ensures that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across all levels of jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of and experience with US and Indian compliance standards and have the ability to manage compliance programs independently across diverse regulatory environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and filings across all jurisdictions
  • Ensure all subsidiaries are in compliance with local, state and national laws and regulations
  • Register and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements as the company expands in new jurisdictions
  • Develop and maintain a compliance calendar to track and ensure timely compliance activities
  • Update and refine policies and procedures to address new and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding the status of registrations and filings based on customer and prospective customer requirements

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in accounting, finance, legal or similar field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a compliance-focused role
  • Prior experience with a multinational company required
  • Good communication and customer support skills
  • Ability to work off hours to communicate with authorities in different time zones
  • Must be located near Pune, India metropolitan area
