This position is responsible for leading the reporting piece from meetings from the global client which will be 50% of the scope for this position. The role is dedicated and will liaise and collaborate closely with T4M Planning team and stakeholders from the client to ensure optimized delivery and program success.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Liaise and collaborate closely with GBT Global & Regional T4M Planners to support Event Travel for global customer.
- Support with creation and delivery of event specific travel policies to Traveller Care.
- Event Level reporting – A&D Reports / Cost Reports / Itinerary Reports.
- Participate in regular meetings with GBT Global and Regional T4M Planners and the client.
- Key role ensuring all regional / local GBT offices follow client travel policy, process and all MI POS requirements.
- Support relationship with GBT teams including Regional Operations Managers and Operations Teams.
- Assist with regional operational delivery, standard communications and local country Travel Counsellors training/staffing.
- Support with escalations and investigation of issues related to Event travel bookings, working in collaboration with Traveller Care.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of applicable group air technology and/or software solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- English speaker.
- 3+ years of corporate/meetings travel experience - Previous Planner or Assistant Planner experience preferred.
- GDS proficiency, with Sabre and Amadeus preferred.
- Microsoft Office suite experience - must be proficient with Excel in particular.
- Experienced with using Insights.
- Ability to analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Experienced with SharePoint.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Cvent.
- Comfortable working as part of a global team, flexibility to work across US/UK time zones.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
