The opportunity:
We are searching for a Project workers Partner who will be the main point of contact and case manager for our international assignees, our internal stakeholders and external vendors involved in the process. The Project worker Partner works closely with the Project worker Coordinators to manage assignments, together they form a team that is the spider-in-the-web within the lifecycle of an international assignment. How you’ll make an impact:
Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day-to-day management of short- and long-term international assignments.
Working closely with the Project worker advisor, the Project worker Coordinators and the rest of the team to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program.
Managing international Project worker assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment.
Partnering with external vendors to ensure that all services are provided timely and in a compliant matter, while ensuring a smooth relocation process for our assignees.
Participating in projects related to Global Mobility in general and International Project worker Assignments specifically.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
A bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a relevant field, which includes Business Administration, Tax or Law.
Experience of 3-5 years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships.
Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks at the same time and able to adapt to changing business needs, while maintaining focus on delivering the results within tight deadlines.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A confident individual that can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority.
Fluent in English and other European languages are positive.
Team player with good organizational, planning and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
