Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

We are the #1 FitTech provider for businesses globally and are rapidly expanding our presence in India with a new office in Hyderabad. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior HR Operations Generalist to join our team. This role will be based in Hyderabad, with the expectation to work both remotely and in the office for at least three days a week, with some overlap in U.S. hours. You will report directly to the Hyderabad People Operations Manager and play a vital role within our Global People Experience team, which spans North America, Europe, and India.

As our Senior HR Operations Generalist, your focus will be on supporting global performance development and management, overseeing HR compliance, and leading our global People Help Desk. This role will require a detail-oriented HR professional with a solid foundation in People Operations and a passion for creating a positive and equitable global employee experience.

*All applicants must be able to work from our local Hyderabad office 3x a week and when there are onsite candidate interviews.*

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide support for global performance development and management, working closely with managers and employees to facilitate performance reviews and development initiatives.
  • Take ownership of global People policies, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with local laws, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain the Global Jira Help Desk, responding to HR-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departures in the Europe and APAC regions, including local Hyderabad employees.
  • Provide on-site HR Generalist (HRG) support to the Hyderabad office, addressing employee relations issues and supporting managers.
  • Support the administration of Europe and APAC benefits, assisting employees with questions and issues.
  • Ensure global HR compliance and best practices, conducting regular audits and updates to HR documents as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, with a focus on HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS systems.
  • Experience managing an HR ticketing system, preferably Jira.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, with an understanding of compliance requirements in multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to work hybrid hours in Hyderabad, with overlap to accommodate U.S. time zones.

AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Experience supporting global People Operations and managing HR processes across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with global benefits administration, particularly in Europe and APAC regions.
  • Experience in a global SaaS or tech company, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development practices and tools.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
  • Experience creating and maintaining employee handbooks for a global team.
