Compensation Package : $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

About the role.
Based out of the Global head office in Toronto, the Talent Management Coordinator will act as a partner to support the day-to-day operations of the Global Talent Management Team. This team plays an important role in the creation of global initiatives around talent and people management.
As the Global Talent Management Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work across several areas of focus: Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning and Leadership Development.
What you'll be doing.
- Program Administration and Logistical Support:
- Direct program administration and logistical support for in-person global training programs such as Great People Leader (GPL) program, Great Business Leader (GBL) program, VP Integration, and the Ag Business Development Program (ABDP), including managing participant travel and visa logistics.
- Technical Support Leadership:
- Function as the technical support expert for virtual global training programs, including but not limited to the GPL, GBL, Mindful Leader, and various other training initiatives.
- Global Talent Programs Coordination:
- Lead the communications, scheduling, and monitoring for global talent programs including the "Chat with CEO/CHRO" program.
- Global OD Team Onboarding
- Support new team members by developing and coordinating their onboarding schedules and providing training against Talent Management and McCain processes and systems.
- Meeting Management:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of all Global Talent Management meetings and programs, overseeing vendor negotiations, contract management, logistics, and agenda coordination.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight:
- Support the team to ensure Learning Management System entries are completed for all Global learning and leadership programs, including program and roster management.
- Coupa Interactions Management:
- Oversee all interactions with Coupa for Global TM, covering new vendor onboarding, contract and Purchase Order (PO) management, invoice receipt, and troubleshooting.
- Budgeting Support:
- Assist in the Global TM budgeting process by tracking monthly invoices, reconciling against open POs, and updating the budget forecast for quarterly reviews with the HR Finance team.
- Travel Coordination:
- Provide travel and expense guidance and support to team members. Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Translation Management:
- Manage translation support for various Global TM programs, using both the internal McCain Translations Chatbot and external vendor partner, TransPerfect (as required).
What you'll need to be successful.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Results focused, with agility to adapt within a highly transactional and changing environment, often toggling between multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, self-start and be willing and eager to work collaboratively as a part of a broader hybrid team
- Demonstrated understanding of global organizational dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Experience coordinating travel and managing expenses on a global scale.
- Familiarity with Coupa or similar platforms for vendor management, contract tracking, and invoicing.
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and forecasting to support the Global TM budgeting process.
- Critical thinker, with the ability to anticipate and champion business and team needs.
- Produce quality work from a home and office setting.
- Curious, enjoy learning new tools and researching new solutions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office desktop/web-based applications essential
- Understands the confidential nature of the Talent Management Department.
