Role Description
As part of an agile team, you will drive forward various digital client onboarding and self-service relationship modification use-cases on a modern innovative and creative platform.
As an agile application developer, you will work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design, and understand its functionalities and complexities.
We are offering you the chance to design, develop and modify software systems to meet new requirements and improve the existing implementation and performance Further you will closely align with our Business and IT partners, analyze the product requirements, and determine the approach to implement together with architects. You will develop application code in the most optimal way, ensuring both performance and security and you will optimize development through automation. Your future colleagues will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strategically transforming the onboarding application in close collaboration with our business sponsors. Onboarding applications technical landscape has key technologies like Java, Angular, Spring Boot Microservices related technologies. We follow Agile and DevOps methodology to efficiently handle the development and delivery of technology. The Client Life Cycle (CLC) Value stream within Clients & Channels IT provides end-to-end solutions and business capabilities to digitally onboard Corporates and Individuals to Deutsche Bank. CLC Value Stream offers sound business knowledge as well as solution delivery skills to develop and strengthen the Onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), Client Risk Score (CRS) etc.

Your key responsibilities
- Discussing business requirements with business people
- Building clean and efficient code based on user needs
- Testing software and debugging for any issues
- Collaborating with other developers, managers, and UX designers
- Identifying and deploying software tools, systems, and components
- Monitoring and upgrading existing systems
- Implementing quality assurance standards
- Writing and updating technical documentation
Your skills and experience
- Experience required: Past experience (>3 year minimum) as Appway developer in the banking industry Good Knowledge on Client Lifecyle Management processes (KYC, Due Diligence, Document Management) in the banking industry Strong software development background Experience of working in corporate and/or capital markets technology environment in high pressure/tight delivery timeframe environments Appway development experience is mandatory Good knowledge of Web API Integration (REST and SOAP) Experience with Appway 11 or more recent version is preferred Experience working with Windows Environments. Nice to have development experience in Java.
