About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager – Technical Sales to drive business growth and manage key client relationships within the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong pharma sales experience, excellent technical understanding, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the pharmaceutical and related manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including production, operations, and customer support for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and periodic business updates for management.
  • Drive customer retention and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, business development, and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Technical Sales / Pharma Sales / Industrial Sales.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and client handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and business priorities effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and target-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Must Have:
  • Proven experience in Pharma Sales.
  • Experience in technical or solution-based sales.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to work from office 6 days a week.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Self-driven and highly motivated professional.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and lead business initiatives.
  • Experience handling large enterprise or industrial clients will be an added advantage.
