Role : (in 100 to 150 words) As part of Governance Risk and Compliance, person will be responsible for - • Conduct compliance audit independently for project pertaining to Airtel project • Should have good understanding of client contractual deliveries & obligations • Ensures client requirements are getting adhered and highlight deviations (if any) effectively and promptly to Senior Management on time to time basis • Should be able to suggest possible solutions to mitigate the identified nonconformities as per the project requirement • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Operations, and Business Units) to align compliance activities with business objectives • Support the design and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for risk and compliance operations, enhancing consistency and scalability • Engage in client-facing governance forums, audits, and reviews, representing the organization with credibility and professionalism. • Demonstrate maturity in handling escalations, sensitive client discussions, and high-stakes governance reviews. • Act as a bridge between business, operations, and client teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective issue resolution • Single point of contact for audit and compliance related to the project Reports into : (RM Designation) Manager/Sr. Manager
