Develop and support Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications across the software lifecycle, from work-item ownership through release and production support. Write clean, tested code, troubleshoot issues, participate in peer reviews, and collaborate with team members. Apply insurance process knowledge, analytical problem-solving, CI/CD practices, and independent work management. Preferred experience includes JAMS or similar schedulers, Agile environments, Integration Gateway, and REST APIs.
Must
- 5+ years development experience in Guidewire (multiple centers preferred)
- PostGres (or SQL Server)
- Claude (or similar)
- Proficient troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of Insurance processes
- Experience on production support
- Experience working with team members for peer review
- Ability to own work items beginning through release and support
- Knowledge of current/popular CI/CD processes
- Ability to write clean, well-tested code and participate meaningfully in code reviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage assigned work independently
