The focus for this role will be to manage, support and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and co-operation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape.
DNV is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different PaaS services and Seertech’s iLearning Plus as a global HR system. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules. Main tasks include:
- Ensure stable and well performing HR applications & services.
- Responsible for executing functional and technical 2nd level application support for the DNV HR application environment which includes:
-Application analysis and configuration
-Alignment with vendor
-Communication with users
- Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment.
- Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing and monitoring the relevant documentations and community platforms.
- Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements / future developments of process- and IT-solutions.
- Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements.

Personal qualifications:
- Must have: Proven experience in data extraction (OTBI, SQL proficiency) and mass data uploads (HDL/HDSL).
- Experience particularly in configuration, development and maintenance of HR application: Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of HR-IT solutions (e.g. Time and Labor, Individual and Workforce Compensation, Security, Benefits, etc.), ideally within respective Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR business processes.
Experience in integrations principles specifically focused on data exchange and payroll data integrations (HCM Extracts).
- Experience with API calls (REST/JSON) and with tooling: Eclipse or comparable Java IDE and Soap UI/Postman
- Experience in standard IT support processes including ticket handling.
- Self-driven with the willingness to take ownership in work tasks.
