We are looking for someone passionate about HCM technology who will partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement best in class experiences. This is a new role, so we are looking for an experienced individual who can lend their expertise to building something new.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides day-to-day implementation and integration support for clients who utilize a supported HCM (Workday) to administer their MetLife benefits.
- Oversees multiple customer integration projects in parallel, coordinating internal teams to integrate Absence, Eligibility, EOI, and Policy API integrations between MetLife and client HCM.
- Develop best practice templates and standards for HCMs such as guides, project schedules, testing scenarios, and guardrails for integrations.
- Proactively identify process and/or configuration gaps. Recommend, influence, drive, and implement opportunities to improve the customer's employee, manager, and HR experience.
- Participate in presale activities as technical SME for RFP and finalist activities.
- Work with agile teams to provide requirements and validate new integration capabilities to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Partner with functional areas, business partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business strategy and process and how technology delivery can change, support, or automate those processes.
- Establish and develop relationships with partners throughout the enterprise, including Information Technology, Sales and Client Management, Client Success, Legal, etc. to ensure optimal cross functional system optimization and process design.
- Support configuration of internal development tenants to build integrations for our clients.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
- HS diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience preferred; technical degree preferred.
- Group Benefits experience with a preference towards operations, IT, distribution, and HR technology roles.
- Prior experience integrating with HCMs and/or Ben Admins via EDI and API for Policy, Eligibility and Absence/Leave data. Preference to candidates with prior Workday, ADP, Oracle and/or UKG experience.
- Preferred: Prior experience configuring HCM platforms
- Knowledge of core HR functions including benefits, absence, and payroll.
- Preferred HCM and Agile certifications (SAFe, Workday PRO certified).
The salary range for applicants for this position is 83,100 - 121,900.
