We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with a 60% technical and 40% functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC). The role requires hands-on experience in HCM Data Migration, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and HCM Extracts while also providing functional support for HR processes and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities (60%)
Develop and execute HCM Data Migration strategies using HDL, PBL, and HCM Extracts.
Design and customize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Build and optimize BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts for reporting needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, security, and data loads.
Work on API-based integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices for data security and performance.
Functional Responsibilities (40%)
Configure and support Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, and Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
Assist HR teams in process enhancements and recommend system optimizations.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Conduct end-user training and support for HR applications.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and regression validation.
Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM with a techno-functional background.
✅ Technical Expertise:

HCM Data Loads: HDL, HCM Extracts, PBL
Fast Formulas: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
Reports: BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, HCM Extracts
Integrations: Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
✅ Functional Knowledge:
Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, ORC
HR business processes and best practices
✅ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
