This Profile is for line managers leading line managers and / or direct reports, have a responsibility for their area of responsibility within a sub-unit. Typical is the unit area of responsibility that has at least one area of discipline. Also, it can have sub-units at the same location or in a few countries.• The Line Manager Supply shall create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. This is done by developing the Supply Strategy bringing the Supply Strategy into execution with operational efficiency. • The line manager drives the Supply Process to fulfill customer orders and deliver products in a cost-efficient way to our customers on time. To optimize the e2e process from suppliers to customers, the Line Managers Supply needs to understand customer needs and act with a holistic view to bring order to cash.
What you will do
Ensure Supply Execution: • Ensure delivery execution according to contract/ assignment.• Manage Work Level Agreements, Customer escalations, Business Continuity, Balanced Scorecard, Risks and initiate mitigation actions. • Compose Productive teams and participate as delivery resource in designated area.
Apply The Supply Strategy: • Manage unit to adhere to Ericsson Supply Strategies. • Ensure that relevant information about the Strategies is spread in unit and take corrective actions to apply the Supply Strategy. • Drive for a lean and agile Supply Chain.
Apply The Supply Processes: • Apply Ericsson Supply Model. • Collaborate with other FA's in EBP. • Apply a system landscape harmonized with the Supply process. • Improve efficiency by utilizing the possibilities that Digitalization / automation of work tasks can give.
Overview : Supervises the daily activities of a support or operational team or a small project setting priorities for the team / project to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Knowledge : Applies advanced professional knowledge with an understanding of business issues
Leadership : Manages a support or operational team either through the allocation of work and supervision of daily activities or may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Contribution : Guided by policies and procedures, impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team / project and its contribution to the department
Interaction : Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues

Required Experience - 8 to 15 years
Minimum 16 years of education (BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech/MBA)
Field Job - Yes, and travel required. Candidate needs to work 90% from Manesar (Haryana) and 10% from Ericsson Gurgaon.
• Candidate must have experience with Supply management and stakeholder management.• Candidate must be ready for Shop Floor Management physically and manage shop floor activities with a methodology concept.• Candidate should have experience in following daily Manufacturing activities in front of Supplier, driving daily meeting to follow main KPI and ensure actions to improve. • Preferred automotive Knowledge, really focus on ground, production-quality-logistic-cost main set.• Candidate should be work experience in people management.• Excellent Social and communication skills.• Ability to formulate and execute on strategies and concepts. • Proven financial acumen and skills.
