Position Overview

As the Head of Product Engineering, you will be instrumental in building and leading a cross-functional team of good managers, engineers, architects, QAs, product owners, and scrum masters. Your focus will be on developing and executing effective positioning and messaging strategies that drive product success and enable category creation. You will oversee the end-to-end process of product launches, website/marketplace enhancements, and event strategies. Budget management and optimization will also be a critical aspect of this role, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Outcomes

  • Build an Organization: Establish and manage a team comprising managers, engineers, architects, QAs, product owners, and scrum masters.
  • Deliver High-Quality Products: Ensure products are delivered as per agreed timelines with high quality.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively within organizational allocations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Hybrid + Agile Working Model: Implement and optimize a robust hybrid (remote/on-site) and Agile working model, continually improving systems and processes for operational excellence and cost savings.
  • Build Next Level of Leadership: Develop and nurture the next level of leadership within the organization.
