HR Analyst- Compensation and Benefits
Responsibilities:
Global compensation management, planning, analytics, and total rewards.
Compensation benchmarking and surveys.
Drive company-wide alignment to pay bands, job architecture, etc., in addition to special projects.
Responsible for data quality reviews, data analysis, ad hoc projects, and various reporting needs for the Talent Management team.
Required Skills:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills; exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with multiple data sets.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR from a reputable college.
4+ years of relevant experience in compensation and total rewards.
