HR Analyst- Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Global compensation management, planning, analytics, and total rewards.

• Compensation benchmarking and surveys.

• Drive company-wide alignment to pay bands, job architecture, etc., in addition to special projects.

• Responsible for data quality reviews, data analysis, ad hoc projects, and various reporting needs for the Talent Management team.

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with multiple data sets.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong interpersonal relationship skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR from a reputable college.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in compensation and total rewards.
