Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Onboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, set up new hire orientations, and ensure all "Day 1" documentation is completed smoothly.
Work with various teams in assisting new hires on laptops, completing Work day tasks, Scheduling HR orientations
HRIS & Documentation: Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.
Special Projects: Assist with on-going HR projects in the country
Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!).
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend) and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
