Botmakers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This
internship offers a hands-on learning experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,
employee engagement, and HR operations, giving you real exposure to how HR works in a fast-moving organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in HR compliance and documentation
• Support daily administrative tasks and HR projects
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
