Job Description
Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for all employees in India, including payroll reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly payroll and Workday data audits to ensure accuracy and full compliance.
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage statutory compliance activities, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour law requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and maintain all required compliance documentation.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems such as SAP and Workday, ensuring high levels of data accuracy.
- Ensure employee information including job level, reporting manager, compensation, and location details is regularly updated and maintained.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to manage employee insurance programs.
- Support employees with insurance enrolment, documentation, and claim-related processes.
Compensation & HR Operations Support
- Support senior HR team members during annual merit cycles, salary revisions, and promotion-related compensation changes by organizing and validating relevant data.
- Provide general HR operational support to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Audit & Quality Management
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and sharing required HR documentation and records.
- Participate actively in Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including maintaining HR policies, procedures, and forms within SAP.
- Ensure timely uploading and maintenance of documents, policies, and process records in HR systems.
Other Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR domain
- 4-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
- Patient, Employee-friendly, Persistent, Committed and Hardworking
- Conveys and demonstrates a sense of dedication towards completing a task at hand within specified guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, to be able to communicate with PKI employees at all levels
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
