About the role
We're looking to hire a HR ops person who will be responsible for the operations of employee management and other tasks as an HR generalist. You will be the 1st hire in the HR department and expected to be capable of building a team in 1-2 years.

Job Requirements
Managing offer letter and onboarding/off-boarding of hires
Regularly check compliance for SoC2. Bring in tools for background verification, etc
Shipping perks and swags to teams and ambassadors
Plan team meetups, events, and workations
Keep a check on the health insurance of employees and engage with the vendor as needed
Ship and collect laptops. Engage with a vendor
Who would be a good fit
3-8 yrs of experience in series A+ funded companies
Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
Ability to independently execute without needing follow-ups. Ownership mindset
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
