ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR Recruiter will primarily be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role will also provide support in policy-related tasks and employee engagement activities, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers across MX, US, and India to understand job requirements, draft JDs, and define recruitment strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.,
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and metrics for performance tracking.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR with new employee onboarding activities.
- Assist in updating employee records in internal databases.
- Provide support with policy-related tasks, employee queries, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and organizational events.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is a plus.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to measure and optimize recruitment performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR Operations
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Both written and verbal
REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ATS tools, Knowledge of HRMS tool Rippling is a plus.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 2+ years working in end-to-end recruitment.
- Knowledge of ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases (Naukri, Indeed etc.)
