We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources to begin their professional journey in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.
You will be involved in various HR functions that support a smooth employee experience and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Help organize training sessions, team events, and internal communications
Assist with performance appraisal documentation and follow-ups
Address basic employee queries and route them appropriately
Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR functioning
Requirements
MBA in Human Resources (Freshers welcome)
Good understanding of core HR concepts and Indian labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals
