Job Title: HR Business Partner (4–6 Years Experience)
Role Purpose:
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership pipeline strength.
- Lead performance management processes, goal setting, and capability development initiatives.
- Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, diversity) and provide data-driven insights to leaders.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and team effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning to improve engagement scores and retention.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams to ensure integrated HR delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3+ years in an HRBP or similar partnering role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in interpreting HR analytics and translating insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
