HRIS Administrator – Dayforce

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator with deep expertise in Dayforce to join our global HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reconfiguring and optimizing Dayforce modules to streamline business processes across our global footprint. This role will be responsible for maintaining system integrations, scheduling reports, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
This position requires strong technical acumen, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across regions to meet organizational needs.
The Role:
Dayforce Configuration & Optimization

  • Reconfigure Dayforce modules (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Learning, Experience, People, etc.) to align with business objectives and global HR strategies.
  • Leverage Dayforce functionality to improve HR processes and drive system efficiencies.
  • Implement enhancements and troubleshoot system configurations as needed.

Integration Ownership

  • Manage and maintain integrations between Dayforce and other internal/external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS, finance, etc.).
  • Ensure integration accuracy, data consistency, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and schedule recurring and ad-hoc reports using Dayforce analytics to support global HR operations and leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies in employee data, workflows, or reports.
  • Provide insights on system usage and process optimization through analytics.

Global Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement global best practices.
  • Document and streamline workflows to enhance.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on HRIS administrator and configuration experience.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s in information technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
