Job Description:

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Contractor to manage and optimize our HubSpot environment. This role requires expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and inbound marketing to drive performance and improve lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to align with sales and marketing processes.
  • Implement marketing automation, workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Create custom dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
  • Train teams on HubSpot best practices and maintain data accuracy.
  • Monitor HubSpot performance and recommend improvements.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills within HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data synchronization.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for customizing templates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
  • HubSpot certifications (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub) preferred.
  • Experience with third-party integrations (Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

HubSpot Certification (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub) is mandatory.
