The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, and compliance with HR policies while supporting employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and updating them as needed.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from JD creation to offer roll-out.
- Coordinate onboarding & induction for smooth new-hire integration along with documentation.
- Maintain HR operations & employee records with full compliance.
- Drive performance management, including reviews, goals, and PIPs.
- Handle compensation & benefits, payroll inputs, and employee queries.
- Plan employee engagement activities and support culture initiatives, including monthly outbound activities and annual offsites.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, misconduct cases, and communication.
- Ensure HR policy compliance like PF, gratuity and statutory adherence with regular audits.
- Oversee general office admin tasks including vendor management, stationery/assets tracking, and day-to-day office operations.
Manage exit processes, including notice period, FnF, and offboarding.
Skills and Experience
- Two or more years of experience in HR or employee recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
