The HR Intern will assist in recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, CSR activities, and collect HR data to improve decision-making.

The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.
Roles And Responsibilities:-
- Help in recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee welfare and workplace culture
- Support HR in CSR activities and Employee engagement activities by providing necessary materials, supplies, and resources for CSR and employee engagement events.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.
- Assist in collecting and analysing HR data to improve decision-making processes
- Assisting in Admin related day to day tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing/holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Have relevant skills and interests.
