Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development initiatives that enhance performance, improve culture, build leadership capability, and support overall business transformation. The role involves partnering with business leaders to assess current organizational needs and develop strategies to drive capability building, talent development, change management, and employee engagement.


Organizational Development & Change Management

• Design and execute OD interventions such as competency development, job design, talent reviews, and culture-building programs.
• Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Conduct organizational assessments (surveys, interviews, focus groups) to identify gaps and development opportunities.


Learning & Development
• Develop learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee training needs assessment and build annual L&D calendars.
• Create leadership development programs for mid-level and senior talent.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.


Talent Management & Succession Planning
• Manage talent reviews, high-potential identification, and career pathing.
• Support succession planning for critical roles.
• Build frameworks for competency mapping and performance enablement


Performance Management
• Strengthen performance management processes, including goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KRAs).

Partner with managers to drive performance coaching and feedback culture.
• Analyze performance data and drive action plans for improvement.


Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Design and implement engagement programs, pulse surveys, and action plans.

• Support diversity & inclusion initiatives.

• Strengthen communication channels and reinforce company values.


HR Analytics & Reporting
• Utilize HR data to identify trends and generate insights for decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and regular MIS reports related to OD and talent development.


Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of OD models, change management frameworks, and talent development practices.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and internal consulting skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training and leadership development programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Working knowledge of HR technology and digital tools, including HRIS, LMS/LXP, and analytics dashboards.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools for productivity and insights (e.g., survey analysis, learning recommendations, reporting, content creation) while exercising sound human judgment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
• 7–9 years of experience in HR with at least 3+ years in OD / L&D / Talent Management roles.
• Experience in handling organization-wide OD projects and change initiatives.
• Exposure to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments preferred.
