Develop and maintain BPM solutions using jBPM and Drools. Build scalable BPMN 2.0 workflows, integrate REST/SOAP APIs, deploy on JBoss/WildFly, design rule engines, debug issues, and manage BPM lifecycle. Requires strong Java/J2EE background and analytical skills.
