Job Description

We are offering the opportunity to join our IAM team to architect secure access solutions, implement identity governance, and strengthen our security posture through advanced IAM technologies and strategic initiatives.
As a member of the Enterprise Information Security team, the IAM Engineer II is a key contributor to the security of our organization. You will be responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our identity and access management systems. This role involves handling daily operations, responding to user access issues, and participating in incident response efforts. Roles and Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role focused on the implementation, day-to-day operation, and support of the organization's identity and access management systems.
Technical Implementation & Support:
Implement, configure, and support IAM solutions such as SSO, MFA, and privileged access management tools.
Manage user identities, access permissions, and directory services across on-premises and cloud environments.
Assist in the integration of new applications into the IAM framework.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and runbooks.
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):
Build and maintain access request workflows, policies, and connectors within the One Identity IGA platform.
Assist in the onboarding of applications into the IGA solution for automated provisioning and governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IGA workflows and user access.
Operations & Monitoring:
Handle day-to-day IAM operations, including user provisioning/de-provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting.
Monitor IAM systems and infrastructure for performance, availability, and security issues.
Review identity and access logs to identify and report unusual patterns or anomalies.
Participate in an on-call rotation to help resolve critical issues as they arise.
Incident Response & Governance:
Act as a first responder for identity-related security incidents, following established procedures for classification and remediation.
Support identity-focused forensic analysis and access reviews.
Participate in access certification programs and assist with compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Implement and test IAM controls to ensure compliance with security policies.
Basic Requirements
2+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 1 year in a security or identity-focused role.
Experience with enterprise identity platforms; hands-on experience with Okta and One Identity is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
Experience/Knowledge with enterprise identity platforms, particularly Active Directory and Azure AD.
Familiarity with cloud identity concepts (AWS IAM, Azure AD).
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
A strong desire to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.
