Manage IBM Maximo releases across multi‑environment landscapes including configuration, customizations, integrations, upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments. Drive release/change processes aligned to ITIL and Agile/SAFe, using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and apply CI/CD/DevOps practices where appropriate.
- Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo (configuration, customizations, integrations, and deployments).
- Solid understanding of Maximo Architecture, MBOs, workflows, escalations, and database impact.
- Experience managing Maximo releases in complex, multi‑environment landscapes.
- Familiarity with Maximo version upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments.
- Working knowledge of databases (Oracle / SQL Server) and deployment scripts.
Process & Tools
- Strong experience with Release Management, Change Management, and ITIL processes.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models and alignment of releases to program increments.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Project Place, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar release/change tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices is an advantage.
