The Role would cut across a wide span of activities within Intercompany processes and would be fully involved in the Intercompany process. We are looking for an Energetic Professional who will get an opportunity to learn and work on Global Countries for IC related activities.
What will you be doing?
Undergo trainings related to Controls and Compliance, Lean Six Sigma, MAPS and SOX requirements, accounting policies and procedures related to S+N to for end to end process understanding
Daily Invoice posting as per the procedure
Follow-up with Stakeholders on approvals or information dependencies on posting invoices, GR follow ups, Three way match, adhering sla's, etc.
Perform month end close activities related to invoice posting, preparation / updation of SOPs with process related changes in line with QMF.
Work in consultation with other team members with respect to query resolution, invoice posting in AX & SAP
Ensure adherence to all SLAs and KPIs as per agreed standards, participate and work as per guidance from TLs and peers on tasks related to Internal, external and compliance audits.
Actively participate in all employee engagement activities
Technology : Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite like Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Learn and work on ERP tools like : SAP, AX, Winshuttle, Appian. Trintech Cadency etc.
Process: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by supporting RTR related activities. Participate in data / process standardization and continuous improvement training and workshops
People: Ability to work in global team setting and fast paced environment. Attend relevant workshops for Training and Development.
What will you need to be Successful?
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in accounting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Intercompany/ P2P / RTR .
SAP ERP / HFM experience is an added advantage.
Good English communications skills written and verbal.
Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
