Engineer and support enterprise Privileged Access Management services across cloud and on-premises environments. We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Privileged Access Management (ePAM) team. In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance critical PAM services that protect privileged identities across global cloud and on-premises environments.
You will work within a DevSecOps-focused team responsible for designing secure access controls, automating security operations, onboarding customers to PAM services, and ensuring the reliability and security of identity platforms used across the organization.

- Engineer, implement, and support Privileged Access Management services across enterprise environments.
- Onboard applications, systems, credentials, and roles into PAM platforms.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and automated access control solutions.
- Support enterprise IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and related services.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance platform availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting and API integrations.
- Monitor platform health using observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Investigate and resolve security, reliability, and operational incidents within established service level agreements.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, testing, deployments, and change management processes.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
- Collaborate with global teams, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve platform services.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on security, automation, and service reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years of Security Engineering, Security Operations, IAM, or PAM experience.
- Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
- Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure environments.
- Basic scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or other enterprise PAM platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Intune.
- Knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud IAM services.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with OpenShift, VMware vSphere, SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
