Own customer implementations from post-sale handoff through go-live. Guide system setup, data preparation, configuration, uploads, and implementation decisions while translating technical concepts for HR stakeholders. Manage project expectations, risks, communication, and governance; troubleshoot issues; partner with internal teams; and build trusted customer relationships. The role also contributes to improving repeatable implementation practices across the APJ region and helping customers achieve lasting product value.
HiBob is a modern People Platform helping fast-growing businesses build exceptional workplaces. Bob is a modular, data-driven solution that supports the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding through to performance, compensation, and workforce planning
Increasingly, our modules connect beyond HR, integrating with finance and other business functions to give companies a single source of truth for their people's data. Having recently secured a US$166 million investment led by Salesforce, we’re aiming to expand beyond traditional HR software into an "organisational intelligence layer".
We’re a rapidly scaling global technology company with an ambitious go-to-market team - and APJ is central to our next phase of growth.
From the moment a sale closes through to go-live, our Implementation team guides customers through from sale close to go-live, acting as their main guide as they configure Bob and prepare their teams for launch.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys making the complex feel simple, and taking ownership through ambiguity. You'll help customers get Bob up and running while making sure it becomes part of how their teams actually work.
You'll work predominantly with upper-SMB and lower mid-market customers, with the opportunity to build the capability to support increasingly complex implementations. You'll help customers understand the downstream impact of their decisions, translate system concepts into practical language, and keep projects moving with clear structure and communication.
You don't need to come from a traditional implementation background. We're open to people who have built strong transferable skills in HR or People operations, business analysis, customer success, systems administration, or a similar environment - and who are excited to move toward a role that blends customers, technology, and problem-solving.
Job benefits
Becoming a Bobber means you’ll receive competitive compensation, benefits, and pre-IPO equity options alongside all of this:
