- Collaborate with various application / business / infrastructure groups to troubleshoot application issues
- Perform functionality and impact analysis for any new project / enhancement / upgrades
- Perform bug fix / minor enhancements on demand

o File Monitoring & Adhoc processing• Process Management o Define Best Practices
o Support Audits and Mitigation plans
