What We'll Bring:

The role is responsible for driving implementation, optimizing and overseeing Identity and Privileged Access Management (IDAM/PAM) solutions, ensuring robust identity lifecycle governance, regulatory compliance, and secure access across the organization. Responsibilities include supporting quarterly user access reviews, privileged access validations, audit readiness, and strengthening IAM integrations such as MFA, SSO, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust PAM. The role responsibilities include governance over access lifecycle management, cloud IAM governance, toxic combinations reviews, coordination with global teams for application onboarding, and continuous improvement of associated SOPs while ensuring resilient operations through DR drills and patching activities.

What You'll Bring:

• Assist with performing End to End quarterly user access reviews and privilege access reviews.
• Collaborating with IT and Operations team to ensuring alignment and enforcement of least‑privilege and compliance principles.
• Collaborate with global IAM teams to integrate new applications and systems into SSO, MFA and PAM solution.
• Prepare and deliver IAM governance related reports, evidence, and artifacts to support audits, compliance programs, and regulatory obligations.
• Support with governance over potential misuse of accounts and drive remediation of issues related to CIBIL applications and systems.
• Conduct periodic governance checks for PAM audit logs, PAM secure storage & rotation, service accounts and vault adoption; publish required reports to support security and regulatory reviews.
• Manage and maintain local components of IAM/PAM systems, including server patching, DR drills, and environment upkeep.
• Proven knowledge of RBAC, SSO, directory services, identity lifecycle management, and associated governance processes.
• Experience with IAM policies in GCP Cloud preferred.

Impact You'll Make:

• Track, measure, and report on IAM and PAM KPIs to improve process efficiency and control effectiveness.
• Update, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IAM and PAM operations.
• Support remediation activities related to audit findings, security advisories, and IAM governance gaps.
• Work with application and operation teams to implement and improve identity governance processes.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
