Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled O365 Engineering Team Member. The candidate will design, test, implement, and maintain Microsoft Office 365 (O365) solutions and features that meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
You will deploy solution architectures, analyze alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solution's cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Deploy solution architectures & create architectural standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
Develop and maintain technical documentation for O365 solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to O365.
Ensure O365 solutions are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with other teams, such as security and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration and support.
Stay up to date with new features and updates in O365 and apply this knowledge to improve solutions Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions

Required Skills
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Architecture.
Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
Strong understanding of SMTP, Exchange, and Proofpoint Enterprise Protection Experience with TAP and Graph API experience.
Strong understanding of business and system integration principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Email Authentication services like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Experience in translating customer needs into functional/application designs.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and implementation best practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft 365
This position is based at our Bengaluru office
