We are looking for experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineers to manage and support the core IT infrastructure, including virtualization platforms and cloud environments. This role is essential for maintaining high availability, performance, and security across systems and services, with responsibilities spanning Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Microsoft Azure workloads.

- 5+ years of system administration/engineering experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2008–2022) and basic Linux administration
- Strong Active Directory and Exchange administration skills
- VMware vSphere/Hyper‑V virtualization expertise, including:
- Hypervisor & cluster management
- P2V migrations
- Capacity planning & optimization
- Firmware/ESXi patching
- Azure Cloud Platform administration, including:
- IaaS/PaaS management
- Subscription/governance management
- Cost optimization & monitoring
- Security configuration & policy enforcement
- Cloud OS administration, including:
- VM provisioning & administration
- Patch lifecycle management
- Backup configuration & monitoring
- Experience with patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM) and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
- Exposure to ERP/Finance application support is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑service mindset
- Spanish language proficiency is optional but considered a strong advantage
- Manage and patch Windows/Linux servers, domains, and enterprise applications.
- Support Exchange and Active Directory operations including policies, authentication, domain services, and security hardening.
- Administer VMware/Hyper‑V and Azure workloads, including provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and optimize system capacity, performance, and availability across on‑prem and cloud platforms.
- Ensure regular backups, restore validation, and disaster recovery readiness in collaboration with the SNA team.
- Perform P2V migrations and maintain stable hypervisor clusters with proper capacity and firmware updates.
- Implement cloud governance, cost control, and security baselines within Azure subscriptions.
- Provide L3 escalation support for complex Service Desk issues.
