Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various teams to assist in defining requirements for data center technology components. The role includes designing and building these components while ensuring thorough testing efforts are conducted to maintain system integrity and performance. This position requires active engagement in the development lifecycle, supporting the seamless integration of infrastructure solutions within the organization s technology environment. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement to support evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure design and implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment strategies.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and network architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline infrastructure management.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud and data center environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
