Job Description

Responsible BU coordination for ATC, ABS/ESP & PAO for Engineering.

Define and report reasonable distribution of cost for business units to ensure adequate absorption within the approved Central budget • BU P&L preparation, analysis forecasting • Reporting: Month end, quarter end and year end. Ensuring accurate and on-time data submission • BU Evob, PPC, Budget Preparation, planning & analysis for ATC, ABS/ESP & PAO • Monthly PTM’s, PVA analysis and compilation of report at customer, product & sales topic • RPP : Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reviews with CFT(LOG, PPC, CTG, VA), along with coordination for RPP certification & My measures. • Prep. & presentation For Global RPP Meet • Handling Internal strategic commercial Project ex. Outsourcing • Co-ordinate & link information across functions to work out & administer the Plant Performance based on Business Planning / Current Forecasts - Product-wise / PDCL wise; work for early realization of cost measures from all Value Streams. • Interpret Key Data (Business Drivers, KPIs, business metrics); translate them into meaningful information & story-telling with VS • Analyze reasons for deviations - Actuals Vs Plan; provide early warning signals to concerned for corrective actions. • Working out Cost estimation against various cost enquiries raised by Sales / PRM / BU against running, equivalent & new parts considering the volume & other premises, as called for & aligning with all stakeholders incl. Plant Mgmnt. Or BU wherever necessary • Obtain competencies in the Functional & Digital areas based on present and future trends as per the business requirements. • Evaluating capital budget proposals considering NPV, IRR, Pay-back criteria & giving financial perspective for decision making. • Inventory management, including physical stock taking, inventory valuation & reporting. • WBS management for Capex & Revenue for Engineering & PAO topics • Strengthening of accounting processes for corporate books in discussion with various stakeholders for BU

Qualifications

ME/MTech, MBA in finance, CA, ICWA With:

a) 6-10 years of Post Qualification experience in Cost & Management Accounting & Coordination

b) Working experience on Standard Costing, Variance Analysis, Costing Techniques, Budgetary Controls)

c) Working knowledge in Matrix organization - preferred.
