Job Description
- Knowledge of Drawing study , GD&T , MSA and SPC
- Knowledge of 7QC tools, PPAP , APQP ,FMEA and 8D
- Handling of measurement instruments and equipment’s like Contour , VMM and CMM
- Define measurement method and Inspect the parameters available in Drawing
- Arrange and co-ordinate for containment actions in-house.
- Handling Supplier Parts Quality issues
- Working in shifts
- Proficiency in handling software MS-Office and SAP
- Good proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi languages
- Ontime release of Inspection report
- Measurement co-relation between suppliers and Bosch
- Effective Containment actions on time
- Follow-up and closure of 8D with in due time
