The position / About the Job:
Job Description
Key Tasks : Viscoline Global Sales Support
- Support SC’s with product expertise and quotations.
- Participate in customer meetings for scope clarification
- Prepare the factory order specifications and support during the ordering process
- Support the claim resolution process
- Provide training to the sales organization in products and applications.
- Prepare and update the training material, product and application presentations.
- Visit on-demand sales companies, channels, system builders, customers and suppliers;
- Follow our competitor's activities and market trends
- Take an active part in the development of promotion material together with the MARCOM.
- Optimize the workflow, internally (i.e order handling procedure) and externally (technical documentation to sub-suppliers)
Knowledge:
- BE / B. Tech Chemical / Food Technology Preferred
Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in Designing heat exchanger / Viscoline
- Experience in Iside sales / Product and Application
Attitude:
- Structured and systematic approach.
- Orientation on high quality and standards of work results.
- Team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Eager to share knowledge and experience with others.
- Customer-orientation and effective in cooperation.
- Self-driven and responsible also for others.
