We are seeking an experienced and analytical Insights Analyst – BI & Reporting Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10–16 years of experience in market research, syndicated data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. This role requires a strong ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights, actionable recommendations, and high-quality reports that support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze market and consumer trends, and develop comprehensive reporting solutions. A strong understanding of syndicated data, market research methodologies, Power BI, Excel reporting, and business analytics is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret syndicated market data, market research data, consumer insights, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Develop meaningful business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze data, automate reports, create dashboards, and generate insightful visualizations.
• Translate complex datasets into simple, clear, and compelling insights for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Work with internal teams and business partners to understand reporting requirements and develop customized BI and reporting solutions.
• Conduct market analysis using syndicated data sources and research findings to understand market dynamics, category performance, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
• Identify patterns and relationships across multiple datasets and provide recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and dashboards through effective data validation and quality checks.
• Support the development and enhancement of reporting frameworks, data models, dashboards, and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish appropriate reporting methodologies.
• Present insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on market research methodologies, business intelligence tools, reporting best practices, and emerging analytics trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10–16 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, market research, data analytics, or business insights.
• Strong experience working with syndicated data and market research datasets.
• Excellent understanding of market research principles, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience in developing business reports, management dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical presentations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional BI tools, data visualization platforms, SQL, or statistical analysis tools will be an advantage. Prior experience working with syndicated market research platforms and large-scale business datasets is highly desirable.
