Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from clients.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Scripting: Intermediate or above
- Integration skills/API / Troubleshooting: Intermediate or above
- Infrastructure skills: Linux System administration: Advanced
- Infrastructure skills: Docker System administration: Intermediate
- Splunk Skills
- Gen AI Prompt engineer should possess the skills for Prompt engineering, Azure Open AI LLM .
- Prompt engineer Skills
- Python scripting, LLM, ML, AI Technologies, ChatGPT
- Process & Technical SME to be leveraged from Delivery

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
