We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Lead to drive end-to-end system integrations for our Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) platform. This platform includes Invoice Template Creation (Branding), Remittance Processing, Payments, AI-based Cash Application, and ERP Posting.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across ERPs, banking systems, customer portals, EDI feeds, email ingestion, and AI-driven workflows. This is a high-impact leadership role that directly influences automation rates, financial reconciliation accuracy, and enterprise scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Delivery
- Design and own end-to-end integration architecture.
- Define APIs, data contracts, canonical models, and event-driven workflows.
- Lead integration execution from design to production deployment.
ERP & Financial Integrations
- Lead integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Design invoice posting, remittance reconciliation, deduction handling, and payment matching flows.
- Ensure accurate financial data synchronization.
External System Integrations
- Own integrations across:
- Banking APIs
- Email ingestion systems
- EDI/XML feeds
- SFTP batch processing
- Customer portals
- Normalize multi-source inputs into unified system objects.
AI & Automation Enablement
- Define structured API/data contracts between AI engines and core systems.
- Support automation of invoice matching, deduction processing, and ERP posting.
- Enable exception routing and monitoring.
Monitoring & Governance
- Establish integration monitoring frameworks.
- Implement alerting and reconciliation controls.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit standards.
Leadership
- Lead a team of integration engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, ERP, and Frontend teams.
- Drive sprint planning and technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise integrations or system architecture.
- Strong expertise in:
- REST APIs, Webhooks
- Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.)
- Event-driven systems (Kafka, messaging frameworks)
- ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with financial systems or AR/Cash Application workflows.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reconciliation logic, and exception handling.
- Experience working in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Remittance and payment reconciliation systems.
- Banking integrations.
- AI/ML-based automation workflows.
- Multi-entity or multi-brand financial systems.
Leadership Level
L5 – Senior Integration Lead
- Owns integration execution and delivery.
- Leads engineering team and production stability.
- Defines enterprise-wide integration strategy.
- Drives long-term architectural vision and API governance.
