We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Integration Architect to join our Data Solutions team. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect passionate about designing and implementing robust data integration and migration strategies within complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Salesforce and related data platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Salesforce Data Integration & Migration: Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of complex data integration and migration solutions involving Salesforce as a core platform.
- Leverage Integration Platforms: Drive solution design and development using leading integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, and Workato, ensuring optimal data connectivity and performance.
- Expert in Salesforce Data Movement: Demonstrate strong experience with Salesforce APIs (e.g., Bulk API, SOAP, REST) and best practices for high-volume data movement to and from Salesforce.
- Specialized in DBAmp & Database Integration: Utilize and recommend DBAmp (or other dat migration tools) for efficient, large-scale data replication and integration between Salesforce and relational databases (SQL/Oracle DB)
- Proof of Concept Development: Design and build compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for data integration with Salesforce, Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, SQL/Oracle DB, and Snowflake.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance, managing, mentoring, and developing the talent of junior integration resources on design patterns, data governance, and cloud/on-premise integration technologies.
- Pre-Sales and Estimation: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, estimation, and scoping, including leading oral sessions and developing POCs for potential clients focused on data integration challenges.
- Problem Identification & Solutioning: Identify critical data integration issues and structural problems, generating actionable recommendations using standard methodologies.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on intelligent data solutions and integration strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with a significant focus on data integration, data migration, and enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- 7+ years’ hands-on experience developing industry-leading data integration solutions within MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Cloud Hub, On-Prem) OR Boomi Platform (including Data Management).
- Strong expertise working with Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST) for high-volume data movement.
- Proven experience with DBAmp for Salesforce data replication and integration with external databases.
- Demonstrated experience in Application Integration Architecture Solution Design and Development, specifically for data-centric flows.
- Ability to lead team on data design, integration patterns, and cloud/on-premise data technologies.
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash process from a data integration perspective, involving systems like NetSuite, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, etc.
- Certifications in MuleSoft, Boomi and other integration tools are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data integration with NetSuite processes, Anaplan, or OneStream is a nice to have.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Github/Bitbucket) for integration deployments.
